Carpet Cleaning
BEFORE WE ARRIVE:
There is very little you need to do to prepare for our premier service.  It is simple, just remove any fragile for valuable items from the rooms being cleaned.  Our professional staff can handle moving furniture and other items when we arrive.

WHEN WE ARRIVE:
We will conduct a pre-inspection of the rooms and or items to be cleaned with you to provide suggestions and set expectations regarding the process and results.
  • Discuss the process with you and answer any questions you may have.
  • Carefully move furniture in the rooms (except very large items, such as pianos, China cabinets, entertainment armoires, couches, etc.) may require additional cost
  • Pre-treat any areas of concern to ensure the most thorough cleaning.
  • Spray application of our Emulsifier-Powered Deodorizer to remove grease, dirt, and grim.
  • Perform a Hot Soft Water rinse to remove cleaning residue.
  • Return furniture to its original location, placing protective pads underneath.
  • Upon completion of all cleaning of rooms and upholstery furniture, we will complete a final inspection with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
  • Apply Protector to your carpeting for longer lasting results – at additional cost
WHEN THE JOB IS DONE:
While our state-of-the-art, truck mounted equipment removes most of the moisture immediately, your carpet and upholstery may still be damp to the touch.
  • Using fans in any room cleaned and turning your air conditioning system on can help accelerate the drying time.
  • Be sure to leave the protective pads under the furniture legs and any people used with the paltry items in place until the carpet and/or furniture is completely dry to avoid any color transfer.
  • You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning, but avoid wearing street shoes, as they may soil your freshly cleaned carpet.  Be especially careful when walking from damp, carpet areas onto the non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.

If any reason, you're not completely satisfied with the work performed, simply notify us within 10 days of the cleaning and we will be happy to address any concerns you may have.
