As the Owner of Plaza Indoor Services for the last 23 years, I've focused Plaza’s attention on the connection we have with our customers. We fill an important need in our customers' lives - the need for clean indoor living and when if disaster strikes – quick response and remediation. Our customers have relied on my team to provide attention to detail; leaving them with an exceptional finished product. This includes restoration of property, restoration of treasured belongings and, most importantly, the restoration of "peace of mind". As we move forward, I want Plaza principles and employees alike to understand the many significant ways we touch our clients lives. We must then take bold steps to focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We have helped families and corporations recover from disasters for over two decades by assisting with the unfortunate home and business interruption, and the structure and content damage, resulting from disasters that occur frequently, randomly and without warning.
